Customizr tab missing!

Hi,
I am using the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce Customizr. Unfortunately, I am unable to view its Customizr tab in Woocommerce > Settings > Customizr. I thought you should know that have a multisite – not sure how that would help. I need your assistance!
