Customizr slider height cut off

  • Hi,
    I have downloaded a few days ago: WP 4.4.1 and Curstomizr (not PRO version). I have on the front page and on other pages the same problem:
    The sliders (in full width mode) height is cut off. I have found the same problem in the forum 2 years ago. My pictures are as they should: 1900 pixel width and 500 Pixel height. My Screen is 2560 Pixel width and 1440 Pixel height. On full HD screens (1920×1080) or if I make the browser smaller it seems to work. Why not on larger screens.
    If it is not fixable in the moment, which other slider can I use. I’m searching for sliders which do not need many ressources. I am short with RAM Memory.
