Customizr skins and fonts stop working after update

  • Hi, After updating Customizr the dropdown menus for the skins and fonts just stop working for me (nothing “drops down” after a click on any of them). I’ve had this problem before and a reinstall of the theme fixed it.
    Now I am looking for help to permanently fix it.
    Can anyone help me out please?

  • Very difficult to diagnose remotely.

    I’d suggest you concentrate on reinstalling the theme first (if you haven’t already). Are you using a Child Theme? Do you get same symptom if you run with the Core Theme?

    Hi, thanks for your answer rdellconsulting.

    Yes, I am using a child theme and switching back to the original does not solve the matter.

    Let’s say I am using a child theme and I backup the style.css or any other files where I make important changes. Then reinstall the theme if that occurs again and make a new child theme and copy the backed up files. Is that a decent solution?

    So reinstalling did not help this time. I am open to new suggestions if anyone can help ??
