Customizr Pro Child Theme

I’m a bit of a newbie, but I know just enough to be dangerous. I know that the Child Theme that can be downloaded here: https://themesandco.com/extension/customizr-child-theme/ is and extension of the free Customizr Theme, But will it work with the Pro version of the Theme or do I need to make some modifications?
