Customizr and Final Tiles Gallery conflicting

  • Hello people from the WordPress Forums.

    I’ve been trying to make my own portfoliosite using the web version of wordpress, customizr theme and Final Tiles Grid Gallery for WordPress plugin.

    Unfortunately, I can’t get it to work on the theme, the default themes work just fine but this one doesn’t, I would really love for it to work on this one as I don’t really like the default theme’s look and customizability.

    What happens is that if I load my site the image thumbnails won’t load, though I can click and view the images.
    The console gives me this error, I don’t know what to do.
    I tried deactivating all the plugins and turning them on one by one and narrowed it down to Customizr and Final Tiles conflicting on something.
    I have no experience in coding or web design and have no idea how to solve this using google (I tried, a lot).

  • To clarify: you say that it works with the default themes but not your chosen theme?

    If that’s the case, I would start by going directly to your theme and plugin makers and submitting this question to them. It could be an issue with one or both causing the incompatibility and they will know much more about the details of their particular product than anyone here. You can find their support forums by going to the theme/plugin page for each on www.remarpro.com and clicking the link for “support.” Hope that helps!

    Hi, I’m the author of Final Tiles Gallery. I’ve inspected the issue and the gallery markup is resulting placed inside a DIV with class “modal-content” I don’t know why, I guess it’s related to the theme as that code not part of my plugin.
