Customizing view of search form in category page

In the main page with list of Ads i have Gutenberg blocks: “Classifieds Search” and “Classifieds List”,
the page was built default on install plugin, and i can change in edit page setting “SEARCH AND FILTER BUTTONS POSITION” (or in “Classifieds List” – setting “Allow sorting”) but if i want change this settings in display category page with ads, what should i do? Where? The category page shows sortings list, I wanna remove it, and set “SEARCH AND FILTER BUTTONS POSITION” to “Below the search form”.
