Customizing twitter url

Thanks for the appreciation. You can add following code in the functions.php file or use it as a standalone plugin.

/**
 * Customize the url being shared
 */
function heateor_sss_custom_share_url( $post_url, $sharing_type, $standard_widget ) {
	return $post_url . '#';    // append whatever you have to
}
add_filter( 'heateor_sss_target_share_url_filter', 'heateor_sss_custom_share_url', 10, 3 );

You can customize it according to your needs.
