Customizing the READ MORE

    Using the Lovecraft theme. I want to customize the teaser text from “READ MORE” to something like “CONTINUE”. Instructions in the WordPress codex did not help. Can someone please show me how to accomplish this? My URL is, https://www.virtualpreacher.org
