Customizing the left hand side of the Greenwood theme

On the left hand of Greenwood we have “A little something about this blog. Nothing lengthy, just an overview. Keep it under twenty-five words if you can.” I’m almost 100% sure I remember seeing a place in the control panel, but I can’t find it for the life of me.

If it’s in the control panel, where?!? I wouldn’t mind editing one of them php files, but I’m not sure what to edit.

I did search the forums/google before posting. I really hope it’s something easy (though part of me wants to blame bad design ?? ).
