Customizing the draw area

I would like to alter the draw area to make this more like the ecards you see everywhere, so basically have one text area and make it left align. I believe they also allow for new lines, so the person can fit the text so it doesn’t go over the picture. I am not great with code so I am unable to figure it out. Would this be a simple fix?
