There is an action hook that can be used to customize it but that may be a little too hard for you.

We don’t have a simple option to customize that text at the moment. You can edit the plugin’s file and customize the text.

Open the “paypal-for-digital-goods.php” file and search for the following text in it. Then customize the whole message.

I don’t mind getting my hands dirty but I wanted to check out with you before editing plugin’s file.

That way I’ll also be able to customize the “ok” button behaviour (ie opening the download file in a _blank while closing the modal window).
