Customizing slider colors in Medicine

  • Hi there,
    where can I change the color of the bar behind the title and description of the slider and the color of the read more button?
    Everything else wasn’t hard to find but I’m stuck here.

    Hi!
    There is an image on the background. You can edit it in the file images/slide-meta.png in the theme folder.
