Customizing search result format

    I am trying to customize what comes up when I search on my website https://www.gtorah.com. For example:

    I search School:
    I get

    Title
    Excerpt
    Author, Date

    I only want to get the Title. If the excerpt cant be taken out that’s fine but ideally only the title.

    You need to customise your theme’s search.php template file.

    Since this is a custom theme, I can’t provide you with exact details. All I can suggest is that you familiarise yourself with the Loop and then remove the elements that you do not want in your search page.

    Thank you but it looks unbelievably confusing and in the Search.php and index.php file i dont see any elements to remove! Im using the Oh theme with no modifications

    If you cannot manage this yourself, perhaps you need to consider hiring someone to carry out the work for you.
