Customizing Post meta in Mercia theme?

Hello!
I love everything about Mercia theme! I could call it the perfect theme if it wasn’t for the way Post meta look.
Is there a way to customize them and make them appear in one line on mobile under post title?
I wish to have something like that:

https://teamusings.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Mercia-meta.pngI don’t mind the category. But I would love the Date And Author plus Comments to be like in the example (from Opti theme) or something similar.
