Customizing order confirmation email

    I have bought the pro version of this plugin.

    It works pretty well but the thing is I’d like to customize the order confirmation email that is send to the buyer when they buy a gift voucher. But I cannot find the file for customizing the email output in the plugin folder.

    My question is: is there some built in email feature in WordPress that plugins can use so plugin authors don’t have to build in an email feature themselves? In that case, where can I edit the email output?

    But somewhere in the plugin, the plugin author has to specify what text is to be displayed in the email. I can for the life of me not find anything related to emails in the plugin folder. What am I missing?

    I tried contacting the author on their homepage email address but never got any answer. I hope the author is willing to respond here.
