• I am having trouble customizing the notification header for e mails to subscribers. I want the header to insert the first name of the subscriber if there is one in the record. IF there isn’t, I want it to skip the name. But when I receive a notification sent to myself, it displays like this:

Can you help me customize the header? What do I need to fix?

    Hello there @richards1052 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’m taking a look at your screenshot and It’s a little confusing.

From the screenshot you sent, I can see the email content reads as “Your stats are in!” This email is usually sent automatically 24 hours after you send an email campaign and this email should have the subject: “Your monthly stats are in!. (see screenshot below):

From your screenshot, I can see that it says a different thing.

It’s possible for you to personalize the subject of your email campaigns (https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/215-personalize-newsletter-with-shortcodes) but it’s not possible out of the box to personalize the notification email you shared with us in the screenshot.

Can you kindly let me know how you customized the automatic statistic notification email?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
