Customizing menue isnt working properly

  • Hey there!

    I just set up my new website – with a shop plugin.
    I have the issue, that I can not open the menu for customizing the theme. When I click on it, I receive a message on german that sounds like – upps you wanna cheat or what?
    I bought the licence and installed the theme without any issues. But as I described, I can not open the menu :
    Design – customize.

    Second question is about the icons. I have trouble with displaying social icons and the small icons in the menu when I use chrome or firefox. I work with safari and there are no problems. Could anyone have a look on this problem:
