Customizing is missing on import

I’ve been customizing Twenty Seventeen locally using the customizer. But every change I have done in the customizer (static frontpage setup, featured image for pages, logo) and menu setup, is missing after import to the web server. Everything was working perfectly locally.

It seems I can re-customize everything online, but I thought I should check if anyone else experienced this before I did the hole thing again.
