Customizing footer link

If you did want to do this you can go to appearance>editor> footer.php and edit the code here.

Do not edit the theme’s files. First create a child theme for your changes.

You can also enable the “official” footers. Go to “Appearance” > “Widgets” and drag a “Text” widget into “Footer Widget Area Two” (the middle footer (or use Area 1 for left and Area 3 for right)). Then write whatever you want in there.
