Customizing email

Hi,
I installed and customized this plugin, everything is working fine except for mail customization :
-For the admin the mail customization don’t apply (just all the infos for the appointment with a blue and white display).
-For the user the infos are the one I put in but no line feeds at all so it’s a bit messy…
Also not sure I get the categories right (who receives what).
Client seems to receive what I put in “pending”
No one seems to be receiving the “canceled” customized mail (only a brief notification not what I put in)
I never received anything from the “reservation” and “confirmation” section.Can you help me see a bit clearer through that please?
