Customizing creditnote

    Hi,

    First of all, great plugin!
    My question: I would like to customize the creditnote, packing slip and invoice.
    I succesfully customized invoices and packing slips by editing the phpfiles.
    I edited the phpfile, uploaded it to the server and tested it there. Works fine.
    Now creditnotes are a bit different. It seems I cant generate a creditnote on a testorder (store is not open yet). Probably because I cant refund a testorder? Is there a quick way to customize the creditnote phpfile, and actually see the outcome, without setting up a local server?
