Customizing Administrator Role

Hi,

Hoping for some advice or help.

We need to create a role for a few specific users to be able to filter products and export results from those filtered products.
This would be a back-end role so we aren’t reinventing the wheel by duplicating back-end filtering functionality on the front end.
We also want to tighten the role so that is all they can do after they login:

1. Go to products in the back-end
2. Filter products – we have custom filters in backend
3. Export PDF of filtered products

That’s all we want some users to do. And we want them blocked from editing products.

Is this even possible in WordPress? Any help is appreciated.
