    Hi there

I’ve been testing this plugin out, thank you.

When I view the customizer in your YouTube video and the one in my website, I get a different set of tabs/menus. I get menus for the website level which adjusts a whole lot of other stuff that I don’t want to be changing. It’s not clear which menus are for this plugin and which are not.. hence why I went and looked at the video.

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but there it is.
    Regards
    Rob

The image below shows your video on the right and what I see on the left. (Image deletes in 3 months.)

    Hi there,

Thank you for sending a screenshot.

Yes that is an expected output. What you see on our video is the default menu screen for the Email Customizer which is how it is showing up on my test website as well: https://nimb.ws/XqBE04P

WooCommerce email customizer is not exclusive to Kadence and depending on your setup, you will be seeing something different like having more menu.

This could be because of other 3rd plugins that also add an option on this screen or it could be because of your theme. If you want to find out which is which, try this:

    1. Rule out the possibility of a plugin causing this. Disable your plugins one by one and check if the error disappears after each deactivation. This will help you identify if a specific plugin is causing it: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/
    2. Switch to a different theme like the Twenty Twenty Four theme. If the menu changes, then there could be something on your theme that causes this.

Let us know how we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael Taro
