Customizer Shows 301 issue instead of preview

    When I try to use the Customizer, I do not see a preview. I see a 301 error. This is across multiple themes, including 2017, so not theme related. I shut off plugins, and still have the error. Our host is WPengine, which uses heavy caching.

    This is very cumbersome to configure a website without the preview. Any advice out there?
