Customizer problem

  • Hi,

    every time I change something through the customizer an error message comes up, saying I should try again in afew seconds but nothings changes. Somethime the changes are saved, sometimes not.

    Other themes do not make this problem.

    I deactivated all plugins, but the error still appears.

    Got the latest wordpress (4.9.7.).

    Any idea what the problem can be?

    PS: Where can I delete the settings made in the customizer? Every time I delete the theme through my ftp program and make a new instal, the previous settings are still active in the customizer.

    Another problem is btw. that if I want to change the images in the theme, the media gallery won’t load. The pics are available, other themes show them, but Primo Lite don’t.

    I just made a completely new and fresh instal. The problem still exists …
