Customizer not working with new wordpress version

  • The theme customizer is loading in all other themes except ocean wp. It shows loading but just a whitescreen and grey area where customizer is. Tried it from various devices as well.

    Please solve this important issue

    It seems the plugin conflict issue, Please disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not.
    After that enable one by one plugin and refresh the page to check the conflict issue.

    Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, and click on the Save button to regenerate the files. Try to clear the cache also and check.

    I had the same issue and found out it was the Zendesk Support for Wordpross plug-in that was the issue. When disabling it, it works.
