I am experiencing an issue with the Customizer in the Rishi Theme on my WordPress site. Whenever I try to access or make changes through the Customizer, it fails to load/work as expected.

    Actions tried:

    • Clearing browser cache
    • Disabling all plugins and re-enabling them one by one
    • Switching to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) to check for conflicts
    • Updating WordPress, theme, and plugins to the latest versions

Despite these steps, the issue persists. I would appreciate your guidance or a fix to resolve this problem.

    Please anyone help on this!

What happened when you disabled ALL plugins? Did the problem go away? Or did it persist?

IF (and only IF) the problem went away when you disabled ALL plugins, what was the last plugin you re-activated that brought back the problem?

Switching to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) to check for conflicts

What happened when you switched to the Twenty Twenty-One theme? Did you experience the same problem with Customizer as with the Rishi theme? Or were you able to use Customizer with the Twenty Twenty-One theme?

If your test shows the problem only exists with the Rishi theme, then please contact the theme’s authors for assistance. It seems this theme is no longer distributed at www.remarpro.com, so you’ll need to go to the developer’s website for support here: https://rishitheme.com/support/

    @gappiah

I have conducted thorough testing to resolve the Customizer issue with the Rishi Theme, as follows:

    1. Disabled All Plugins:
      • After disabling all plugins, the issue with the Customizer persisted.
      • This suggests that the problem is not caused by a plugin conflict.
    2. Switched to Twenty Twenty-One Theme:
      • When switching to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme, the Customizer worked perfectly without any issues.
      • This indicates that the problem is specific to the Rishi Theme.

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://rishitheme.com/support/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Hi @aniketpisal,

The Customizer uses PHP resources allocated to your site to run smoothly. In case it is not loading properly, you can try increases the resources as well. You can try performing the steps outlined here.

If this doesn’t resolves the issue, it would be best to reach out the theme support.

    Thanks,
    Aradhy Singh
