Customizer not working

    my website is milwaukeeacupuncturecenter.com

    I have two problems.

    1) when anyone goes to the url it says “testing” and nothing else.

    2) I can’t get the customizer working. I deactivated all plug ins and tried using a default theme, and still nothing. It gets stuck on the loading screen. I can mess with the site options (like changing site title, etc) but it never shows up as a live preview. Also, when I save the site, it doesn’t go live.

  • First you need to find out what is causing the “TESTING” message. If it’s an index.html file or a maintenance plugin, or something else, it needs to be undone. It’s likely in the way of the customizer trying to work with the homepage.
