Customizer not working?

  • My customizer has quit working? I have tried a few differnt browsers with no luck. Help as I need to get a few things updated. Thanks in advance!

    When you refer to the customizer not working, what does that exactly mean?

    Do you have an error message or is an empty white page displayed, or something else?

    We need more information for troubleshooting purposes.

    We released a compatibility update with WordPress 5.8 in our Astra theme version 3.6.5, which resolved this issue.

    Please confirm if you are on the latest version of the Astra theme 3.6.8 and let us know if the issue persists.
