Customizer Issue

The issue seems to be related to the script we run in the footer, when viewed in live customizer.

@dimalifragis we have tested HFCM on the Neve Theme version(3.0.1) and the plugin can insert code into the header and the footer without showing any issues in the Customizer.

Please provide us with the script that you inserted into your footer and the header which resulted in an issue with your Customizer.

It seems that while there is an issue with what i’m doing, i have the same problem even when manually i insert the header footer scripts directly in ANY theme.

Also the issue happens when i use a similar plugin with yours.

So this is an issue either with WP, the customizer or something not related to your plugin.

I can’t post the information you asked for here. I do not want to.

I have found a way to use the customizer, and that is via Themes option and click on customizer. For some reason that way it works. Strange but true.

Is there anyway to disable HFCM when on customizer?

@dimalifragis you can disable the code snippets that you created within HFCM inside the Plugin settings and then open customizer afterward. But at the moment we do not have any conditions applied to our plugin to disable inserted code when the customizer is opened.

Well i can’t disable the script because this is a production site, and the script is actually the main very special and unique service we offer.

That script for some reason crashes when loaded in the customizer.
