Customizer is not showing preview – hueman

  • Hi
    My site was running fine with hueman 3.4 and php 5.2

    I had to update the php version as it was not supported anymore by the hosting provider.

    Hosting provider have updated the php version to 5.4.43.

    After updating, hueman stopped working in main site as well as preview in customizer.

    These are items I have tried to fix, but none of them worked.
    a) reinstalling hueman with a fresh download
    b) de-activating all plugins

    I had to fallback to an old diff theme.

    Verions: wordpress 4.9.6, hueman 3.4.0 PHP version: 5.4.43.

    My site is running in a fallback theme at the moment.

    I tried to configure hueman via customizer via Live preview but no preview is available (total blank – no content/nothing). I could not find any logs in php/server. However, below logs I could find in the Chrome console during loading hueman in customizer. Also I did a view source in the blank preview, saw the entire code is present.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • While my customizer is working in the parent theme, it is failing my child theme with (blank screen like above). Here’s the nginx error log (I’m using PHP 7.0)
