• Hello, I added a lot of custom css using the EDIT CSS or CUSTOM CSS feature in the Customizer. I am not sure what was exactly the title of the feature (Edit or Custom) but I am sure it was NOT the ADDITIONAL CSS option that appears at the very bottom of the list of features in the Customizer.
Now all the CSS I added is still loading. But I can’t edit any of my custom css because the feature has just disappeared!
I have only a few plugins active. I deactivated all of them and reloaded the Customizer and the feature is still missing.
But, as I wrote, all the custom css I had added in the past are still loading.
I have spent hours trying to figure this out.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I am using the Twenty Twenty theme.

  • WordPress’s custom CSS box has always been available at:

APPEARANCE => CUSTOMIZE => ADDITIONAL CSS

I’m afraid anything else you used previously was either brought in by a theme, a plugin, or perhaps direct editing of the theme’s CSS file.

hello @gappiah, thanks a lot for your response.
Then I need to figure out which plugin was providing the custom css function.
The custom css I wrote appears in the following file:

    https://…./?customize_changeset_uuid=8c1bbbc7-c438-4f93-bf35-0a884744c906

Does that tell you which plugin was giving me the ability to enter the css?
I am absolutely sure it was from Customizer that I was entering the custom css and it was not the ADDITIONAL CSS box.
