Customizer crashing

  • Hi – Every time I use the customizer with OceanWP, it crashes. I’ve deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there. I’m using the latest version of everything on a brand new installation. Is this a known issue? Thanks…

    Hello, do you have any errors? Try to go to Theme Panel, disable the section of the customizer that you don’t need, for example, if you don’t have a top bar, you can disable the section, then try again and tell me if it solves the issue.

    Hi – no, that didn’t help. There’s no error message, the page just freezes as soon as I click on any of the options in the customizer.

    Have you tried to disable your browser extensions? Maybe there is a conflict.

    Well, I’ve kind of given up on OceanWP for this particular site. I’ll try it on another, and if the problem occurs again, I’ll let you know. Thanks…
