Customizer changes not saving (Hueman)

  • Hi. This might be an odd one. I am running a multisite with Hueman on them all. I have a template site which I duplicate to make new sites, so they are all the same. They are all working well except the newest site I made yesterday. It looked great when I went to bed, but this morning all the customizer changes had gone back to the default settings. I’ve tried changing them back, and although they look like they save in the customizer, when I check the live site the changes do not show – I still have the default layout/design/colours/header etc.

    I am using the newest version of Hueman and Hueman Addons. I don’t have any new or different plugins on this site compared to the others; it is the same as my template. The difference is that this site is in Japanese.

    please provide system information which is found in Appearance -> About Hueman

    Meanwhile, I will notify Theme Author @nikeo to take a look at this issue.

    I just tried again, and this is the message in red (using Firebug):

    I can load the customizer (with an error message), and I can make the changes and click publish/save, but when I leave the customizer the changes have not been applied to the site after all. Thanks for your help!
