    That’s a pretty broad set of questions you have there ??

    In general you could have a look at the FAQ for info on how to configure/ troubleshoot AO.

    Specifically for the customizer tool; you might have to configure AO not to be active when logged in, that can be done using the API (I can provide you with example code if need be).
