Customize/Live Preview not working

    I’ve been trying to change the theme of my website, but the Live Preview link brings up a blank page with this message:

    Edit Add Google Analytics Stats
    Google Analytics Stats

    Eventually I just uploaded a new theme anyway, however when I clicked the customize button I got the same message and blank page. Help!

    I did a search for this issue and found that it happened a while back with a new update of WordPress, so I’m wondering if this is a bug in WP 4.1.1.

  • Nope, no known bugs like that. Try deactivating your plugins to see if that makes a difference. Be sure you have also cleared any caching on your site and browser.

    Thanks WPyogi. I deactivated the Google Analyticator plugin, and that did the trick.

    Hi Wpyogi, I have almost the same problem as nataliemin. I’ve deactivated all plugins and reloaded WordPress and reinstalled my theme, but I still only get a blank page (loading) The panel on the left works perfectly but on the right, the blank page is just continuously “loading”

    I only started out yesterday. It is WordPress 4.2.1 and I’m with ipage

    I encountered this problem while I’m trying to build my site. The panel on the left lets me save everything, but shows nothing on the right so I have no idea what it looks like. I’ve tried with the different themes available twenty fourteen, twenty fifteen and twenty thirteen, but none of them works

    Sorry to sound stupid, but how do I clear caching on my site and browser as suggested by you? I use Google Chrome
