Customized thank you page

I have around 200 tours (pages) on my website from 15 different hidden agency’s on my website each using the contact form 7. When customer have filled in the form I’ve redirected them to a thank you page.
Howver, I would like this to be just 1 page but customized with ”thank you, you’re question about tour A has been send to company B”. I don’t want to create 200 thank you pages as you might understand.. ??
Is this possible and how do I do this?
