Customized RSS Automated Posts/Pages

Hi everyone,

I’ve been thinking about ideas and I ran across someones wordpress site which is very similar to what I want to do.

This person has about 10-15 automated posts created daily on his homepage. Basically it createdsthe subject of the rss fed post..in the body it has the webmasters custom text (therefore this custom text he configured is the same for every post)..beneath that he has a link with the subject of the rss post which leads to a subpage with more custom text by the webmaster and the article of the post. He also has a related post section with 10 links to other subpages. Below those links he has more generic custom text.

Anyone know how this can be done? How can I configure customized rss posts which create subpages on the fly being linked from the homepage post?
