Customized labels not working due to BuddyPress

I was trying to customize labels for Learn Dash and ran into trouble so I requested help from Learn Dash.
They informed me the following:
I was able to hide the items from the listing area. However, the issue with the text appears to be that the BuddyPress integration isn’t picking up the custom labels that you have set in your settings. You will need to report this bug to BuddyPress so they can resolve it and update the plugin:The link sent me to this forum and I’m trying to figure out if I can resolve the issue by getting assist from here.
Is there a way to enable the BuddyPress integration to pick up on the custom labels I set on the Learn Dash?
