Customized Icons Not Working

    I am trying to create a customized icon through your setting option but it is not working. After I fill in all the info, I save and insert but the icon never appears. All of the pre-defined icons work just fine.

    Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    ·- The browser cache, see?https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1

    ·- Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    I followed your suggestions but the customized icons are still not working.

    I just noticed that the plugin has been updated and the customization option is no longer available on the free version. I guess it was never supposed to be available.

    Sorry, I understood you’re referring to the customization of flat icons. Please note that the ability to upload custom icons has been a feature exclusive to premium users for quite some time.
