    Hi,
when I try to insert a customized form (just by copying the structure in form 1 without making any changes) it works well (I get the emails) but I can’t display the predefined answers in the web site and I keep seeing the form (for example: I want to see “OK, check your email box” but I keep seeing the form).
It’s very strange because I haven’t made any changes, I just copied the structure in form 1 and recalled it on the page [newsletter_form Form=1].
Can anyone help me please? Thank you so much.

    Simone

The form action attribute need to be https://www.yourblogdomain.com/?na=s, probably you’re missing it.

    Thanks for the answer,
the form attribute is the same, it’s correct. In fact the mechanism works correctly, I receive the confirmation email and the email address entered is added to the newsletter list.
The problem is that in the web page I don’t receive any notification, procedure that works correctly if I use the basic form.
The oddity is that I just copied and pasted the base form into the editable form 1 without changing anything.
    I do not explain this.

I solved the problem. In the web page I insert [newsletter_form Form = 1] instead of [newsletter Form = 1].
    Thanks for your help.
