Customized form in WordPress

I’d use the comment form on the Tutorial to let the author know you had an issue with your use of the tutorial and ask for clarification.

Many authors miss a step or explanation and value user input to help improve their article or the opportunity to clarify a certain point as a comment or addendum.

What plugin are you using for your form?

I’m using my own html for the form

Don’t take this wrong, but why? WordPress is awash in well built forms plugins.

I suppose but that’s irrelevant as I’m just looking for a way to connect to the php file
