Customized Email Template send to customer doesnt appear as customized

    Hi,
    I have a problem with emails templates, that I have alreaday customized with my logo ect. I have tested sending email using available function while template customization and it works, but as I have tested it after customer purchased a product, then the customized email template disapper and the client receives default plugin template email.
    I like this plugin, especially because of clicable product images and very simple customizer and would like to use on my online store, but my problem must be resolved first.

    Thank you so much for letting us know your problem.
    I have been customize a email on my site and after that I ordered a product and it was send exactly what I customized, But on free version did not has a lots of funtions than pro version. So yeah it worked well. Can you please take a picture of what went wrong with that?
