Customized email subject depending on page url

Hi,

I wanted to know if its possible to have my Subject line in the Contact form to have Enquire about Jessica Roberts which is the https://www.url/portfolio/jessica-roberts.

In wordpress I have a Porfolio section where I add different Artists, so each artist will have their own page and within the page there will be a contact form and once you click on the contact button for that artist the subject should then have Enquire about “artist name” which is basically the end of the URL or The Page’s name(I guess that’s the same thing) Hope I am explaining correctly.
