    When customizing the form response message it is impossible to format the text, but also to insert images. After several attempts the image is still not displayed, but a broken link symbol appears.

    Even when the text is wrapped, it does not retain the formatting in the email.

    1. Is there a way to choose the font of the email?
    2. Why don’t the images appear?
    3. Why doesn’t the text retain the preview settings?
