• In the “Edit Order” page, if I send an invoice to a customer using the “Order Actions” the email is not sent with my customized invoice text. Is this something that’s broken or is there a setting to enable this to work as expected?

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    Just to confirm, if you preview the email template in WooCommerce > Email Customizer, does the correct invoice text show?

    If it also does not preview the custom text you add, please check if you have any email template overrides within your theme. To do that, go to WooCommerce > Status and scroll down until you see the Templates section.

    Kindly rename or delete the files if you see overrides so that the customized email templates from our plugin will work properly.

    Hello,

    Everything is correct in the Email Customizer and when the emails are automatically triggered upon purchase by a customer. The customized emails are only not sending when I manually re-send an invoice to a customer via the “Order Actions” panel within the Woocommerce edit order screen.

    Hello,

    I tried selecting the Email invoice/order details to Customer on my test website and I received the email for that.

    Have you tried deactivating other plugins one by one and check the issue again after each deactivation? It is possible that there is a plugin conflict and this step will pinpoint which one is causing it.

    Additionally, try to reach out to your hosting provider as well to check whether there are any logs of emails not being sent. You may need to set up your SMTP so that all emails will be properly sent from your website.
