Customize Your Community missing logout link

I’m using Customize Your Community and think highly of it, except that I can’t figure out how to get it to display a logout link for logged in users. I’m also using Sidebar Login. I’ve tried deactivating Sidebar Login in case of a conflict and that doesn’t change anything.

I’m not a coder, so I don’t know where to look, or what to do. I’ve tried searching here and in other forums but haven’t found anything. I know this is probably very simple, but I can’t figure it out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
