Customize WP_Query

I am doubt to customize WP_Query, my question is this:

I have the following categories for my post
1-) Release
2-) Institutional (Subcategory of Releases)
3-) Market (Sub Category of Releases)
4-) Videos
5-) Podcasts
6-) Photos
7-) Publications
?? Reports

The customization of my query would be as follows:

I need it to display the last 03 of Releases, independent of Institutional and Markets, below it will show the last post referring to the other categories, which would be as follows:

The display order:
Releases (last 3 posts)
Videos (1 last post)
Podcasts (01 last post)
Photos (1 last post)
Publications (1 last post)
Reports (1 last post)

How to create this code can you help me.
