Customize woocommerce registration form

  • Hello Team,

    I have customized the woocommmere registration form. I have found that form is available in plugins/blaze-retail-woocommerce/includes/class-Blaze-userSync.php
    But i dont want to customized form plugin file so i have created a clid theme and trying to overriding hook woocommerce_register_form but its not working from functions.php
    Can you please suggest how can we customized the wocommerce registration form theme’s functions.php
