Customize twenty fifteen theme gallery like in the theme demo

  • Hello forum,

    is there a tutorial for creating a gallery with the twenty fifteen theme like in the demo.

    When I try to create a gallery I see the options for: link, columns, (random)sort and image size. The demo gallery is using more then columns, it is using rows, image grouping, different image sizes. Is this made just with css? Do I miss something?

    I will be happy with every hint how to do this.
